A traditional Ethiopian dish that combines the intense flavor of lamb with the spicy kick of chili.

Ingredients
- 500 g of lamb
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of chili
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 liter of meat broth
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 tablespoon of saffron
- 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut the lamb into small pieces and set aside.
- Sauté the onions and garlic in a pot with olive oil until they become golden.
- Add the chili, black pepper, and cumin and fry for a few minutes.
- Add the meat broth, honey, saffron, and red wine vinegar, bringing to a boil.
- Add the lamb and cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes or until the lamb is fully cooked.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot with Ethiopian bread.
