Ingredients
- 4 wildebeest steaks
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red onion
- 200 g of marinated tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 ml of beef broth
- 100 g of bread slices
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Method
- Prepare the wildebeest steaks by chopping the onions and garlic into cubes.
- In a pan, sauté the onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil.
- Add the grilled bread slices and chopped red onions.
- Add the marinated tomatoes and beef broth, stirring well.
- Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and add salt and pepper.
- Grill the wildebeest steaks until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Serve the steaks with the vegetable sauce and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
