Ingredients

  • 400g of flour
  • 200ml of warm milk
  • 20g of yeast
  • 100g of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 200g of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100g of grated cheese
  • 1 egg
  • oil for frying

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, and melted butter.
  2. Add the warm milk and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
  3. Let the yeast rise for about 1 hour.
  4. Peel and chop the garlic and onion, then sauté the onion in a pan with a little oil.
  5. Add the minced meat and cook for a few minutes, then turn off the heat.
  6. In another bowl, mix the meat with the grated cheese and an egg.
  7. Fry the pastries in hot oil until they become crispy.
  8. Serve hot, accompanied by a sauce of your choice.
