Ingredients

  • 100 g of butter
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 cup of black tea
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Method

  1. Boil the water with mint leaves and salt.
  2. Melt the butter with sugar in a bowl.
  3. Put the black tea in another container.
  4. Once the water is boiling, pour it into the container with the black tea and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the hot tea solution into the melted butter, mixing until you get a smooth consistency.
  6. Serve the butter tea hot in small cups, adding a bit of black tea if needed to make the drink more liquid.
