Ingredients

  • 250g of green onions
  • 150g of wheat berries
  • 100g of dill
  • 100g of tomato
  • 50g of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Clean and thinly slice the green onions, red onions, and white onions.
  2. Roughly chop the wheat berries and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.
  3. Wash the dill and tomato thoroughly, then thinly slice them.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the vegetables, herbs, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the wheat berries and gently mix.
  6. Let the tabbouleh sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow it to fully absorb the vinegar.
