Ingredients
- 100g of soybeans
- 100g of lima beans
- 100g of green gram
- 1 onion
- 1 chili
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
Method
- Boil the beans for 10-15 minutes in boiling water.
- Drain and let them cool down.
- Chop the onion and chili into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, wine vinegar, salt, sugar, cumin, and coriander.
- Add the beans and vegetables to the sauce and mix well.
- Let it rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Top with chopped chili and serve cold.
