Ingredients

  • 100g of soybeans
  • 100g of lima beans
  • 100g of green gram
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chili
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder

Method

  1. Boil the beans for 10-15 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Drain and let them cool down.
  3. Chop the onion and chili into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, wine vinegar, salt, sugar, cumin, and coriander.
  5. Add the beans and vegetables to the sauce and mix well.
  6. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Top with chopped chili and serve cold.
