A classic Flemish dish, a warm and delicious meal made with slightly sweet, caramelized potatoes.

Ingredients
- 300g of slightly sweet, caramelized potatoes
- 100g of zucchini
- 1 onion
- 50g of butter
- 50g of olive oil
- 100g of lard
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Peel and cut the slightly sweet, caramelized potatoes into small cubes.
- In a pan, melt the butter and olive oil, then add the potatoes and onion.
- Sauté the potatoes and onion for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.
- Add the lard and white wine vinegar, stir well.
- Cook on low heat for another 5-10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the thinly sliced zucchini and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
