Ingredients
- 8 sopes
- 300 g of pork strips for chorizo
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of chili
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Romain lettuce and cucumber slices for serving
Method
- Prepare the chorizo: cut the pork into strips and sauté in a pan with olive oil, chili, and salt for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toast the sopes: in a frying pan, cook the sopes on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the dish: place the sopes on a serving plate, add the chorizo and sauce, and garnish with romaine lettuce and cucumber slices.
- Serve immediately.
