A traditional Riyadh dish, Shua Al-Ma'ammar is a crunchy and flavorful delight.

Ingredients
- 200 grams of hard wheat bread
- 500 grams of butter
- 100 grams of sesame seeds
- 100 grams of fennel seeds
- Salt to taste
- 100 grams of almonds
- 50 grams of pistachios
- 100 grams of honey
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- 100 grams of macadamia nuts
- 100 grams of dried fruit
Method
- Take the hard wheat bread and cut it into cubes about 1 cm in size.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the bread cubes and sprinkle with sugar, stirring well.
- Cook over medium-high heat until the bread becomes crunchy and golden brown.
- Add the sesame seeds, fennel seeds, almonds, pistachios, and dried fruit, stirring well.
- Finally, add the honey and dark chocolate, stirring until the mixture melts slightly.
- Bake on a baking sheet and let it cool before serving.
