Ingredients

  • 200 grams of hard wheat bread
  • 500 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of sesame seeds
  • 100 grams of fennel seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 grams of almonds
  • 50 grams of pistachios
  • 100 grams of honey
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 100 grams of macadamia nuts
  • 100 grams of dried fruit

Method

  1. Take the hard wheat bread and cut it into cubes about 1 cm in size.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the bread cubes and sprinkle with sugar, stirring well.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat until the bread becomes crunchy and golden brown.
  5. Add the sesame seeds, fennel seeds, almonds, pistachios, and dried fruit, stirring well.
  6. Finally, add the honey and dark chocolate, stirring until the mixture melts slightly.
  7. Bake on a baking sheet and let it cool before serving.
