Shchedrivky (New Year's Eve Cookies)

Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- Sugar powder for decoration
Method
- Mix the flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the shchedrivky in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool, then dust them with sugar for decoration.
