Ingredients

  • 200g of ground mutton
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 100g of flatbread dough
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder

Method

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper powder.
  2. Dice the onion and garlic into small pieces.
  3. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in a bit of oil.
  4. Add the ground mutton and cook until well done, adding salt and black pepper.
  5. Divide the flatbread dough into 4 pieces and form them into strips.
  6. Cover the strips with the sauce and the cooked mutton.
  7. Roll up the strips and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with additional soy sauce on the side.
