Sfarlik is a traditional Tunisian sweet that satisfies the craving for sweetness with its creamy texture and intense almond flavor.

Ingredients
- 200 g of almonds
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 50 ml of oil
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of fresh cream
- 1/4 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Method
- Take the almonds and grind them until you get a fine powder.
- In a bowl, mix the milk, oil, vanilla extract, egg, flour, and cinnamon.
- Add the almond powder to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a pan and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- In another bowl, mix the fresh cream and whipped cream.
- Once the mixture is fluid enough, add the whipped cream and gently stir.
- Let the mixture cool down, then serve it chilled or at room temperature for the best taste.
