Ingredients

  • 200 g of almonds
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/4 cup of fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Method

  1. Take the almonds and grind them until you get a fine powder.
  2. In a bowl, mix the milk, oil, vanilla extract, egg, flour, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the almond powder to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pan and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. In another bowl, mix the fresh cream and whipped cream.
  6. Once the mixture is fluid enough, add the whipped cream and gently stir.
  7. Let the mixture cool down, then serve it chilled or at room temperature for the best taste.
