Rundi Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 red onions
- 2 large onions
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 400 ml water
- 2 tablespoons palm oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Method
- Clean and chop the onions and large onions into small pieces.
- In a pot, sauté the onions and large onions with palm oil over medium heat.
- Add the chili pepper, chili powder, water, salt, sugar, black pepper, coriander, and cumin.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Finally, add the white wine vinegar and stir well.
- Let it cool down and serve.
