Ingredients
- 4 beef filets
- 200 grams of cooked ham
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams of grana cheese
- 2 onions
- 200 grams of seasonal vegetables
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Method
- Prepare the meat by cutting the beef filets in half, without cutting them completely.
- Wrap a slice of cooked ham, a slice of mozzarella cheese, and a slice of grana cheese in each filet.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Dip the wrapped pieces in the egg mixture, then coat them in flour to cover completely.
- Fry the wrapped pieces in a pan with hot oil until golden brown.
- Prepare the vegetable sauce with sliced onions, seasonal vegetables, and a bit of oil, mixing well.
- Serve the rolled sirloins hot with the vegetable sauce and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
