Ingredients

  • 4 beef filets
  • 200 grams of cooked ham
  • 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams of grana cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 200 grams of seasonal vegetables
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. Prepare the meat by cutting the beef filets in half, without cutting them completely.
  2. Wrap a slice of cooked ham, a slice of mozzarella cheese, and a slice of grana cheese in each filet.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip the wrapped pieces in the egg mixture, then coat them in flour to cover completely.
  5. Fry the wrapped pieces in a pan with hot oil until golden brown.
  6. Prepare the vegetable sauce with sliced onions, seasonal vegetables, and a bit of oil, mixing well.
  7. Serve the rolled sirloins hot with the vegetable sauce and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
