Ingredients

  • 300 g of flour
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 vanilla pod or 1 vanilla extract
  • 100 g of pine nuts
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 100 g of almonds

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and butter until you get a well-mixed cream.
  3. Gradually add the flour and sugar to the egg and butter mixture, mixing well.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
  5. Add the walnuts, almonds, and pine nuts, and gently mix.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Form a thin, rolled cake and roll it on a baking paper.
  8. Let the cake cool down before slicing it into pieces.
