Ingredients

  • 200g of dried fruits (raisins, figs, apricots)
  • 200g of sugar
  • 100g of semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground sugar
  • 100ml of oil
  • 100ml of milk

Method

  1. Clean and chop the dried fruits into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar, semolina, baking powder, cinnamon, and cardamom.
  3. Add the eggs, oil, and milk to the flour mixture, stirring well until you get a homogeneous dough.
  4. Add the dried fruits to the dough and gently mix them in.
  5. Form the dough into small spheres and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the spheres for 20-25 minutes, until they become firm.
  7. Let them cool before serving.
