Ingredients

  • 2 kg of potatoes
  • 500 g of pumpkin
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 100 g of butter
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes and pumpkin into cubes, then cook them in salted water until soft.
  2. Layer the potatoes and pumpkin in a large container, leaving some space on top.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sour cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and a bit of salt.
  4. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and pumpkin.
  5. Cover with a piece of baking paper, then with another container.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour, checking for doneness.
  7. Once cooked, let it cool before serving.
