Ingredients

  • 500g of pork
  • 200g of pancetta
  • 100g of cooked ham
  • 200g of toasted bread, crumbled
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the pork, pancetta, cooked ham, crumbled bread, eggs, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cut the mixture into small pieces and put it into a sausage casing.
  3. Fill the sausage casings with the mixture, sealing them tightly.
  4. Let the sausages rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Cook them on medium heat for 30-40 minutes, turning them frequently to ensure they are evenly cooked.
  6. Serve them hot, perfect with a good tomato sauce or baked potatoes.
