Ingredients

  • 500 g of pork pieces
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 ml of beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 g of wild mushrooms
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of turtle soup cream

Method

  1. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until they turn golden.
  2. Add the pork pieces and cook until they start to brown.
  3. Add the carrots, zucchini, and wild mushrooms, and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the basil leaves and turtle soup cream.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
