Ingredients
- 500 g of pork pieces
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 200 ml of beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper to taste
- 200 g of wild mushrooms
- 2 basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of turtle soup cream
Method
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until they turn golden.
- Add the pork pieces and cook until they start to brown.
- Add the carrots, zucchini, and wild mushrooms, and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the basil leaves and turtle soup cream.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
