Ingredients
- 200g of flour
- 100g of butter
- 1 egg
- 12 red bell peppers
- 100g of onion
- 100g of smoked bacon
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
Method
- Prepare the pastry dough: mix the flour with the butter until you get a soft dough, add the egg and form a dough ball.
- Slice the bell peppers thinly, sauté with oil and garlic until soft.
- Slice the smoked bacon and the garlic.
- In a bowl, mix the bell peppers, bacon, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Form small dough balls and fill with the pepper mixture.
- Cover with another dough ball and brush with beaten egg.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
