Ingredients

  • 1 kg of lamb, cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of black pepper
  • 1 liter of beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Method

  1. In a large non-stick pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chili powder, fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the onions and bell peppers, cook until the onions become golden.
  4. Add the ginger, black pepper, meat, and beef broth, bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer for 45 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.
  6. Add the salt, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice, stir well.
  7. Boil for an additional 10 minutes, serve hot.
