Peruvian Chicken Seco

Ingredients
- 500 g of cooked and chopped chicken
- 200 g of onion
- 100 g of zucchini
- 50 g of bell peppers
- 50 g of rosemary
- 50 g of laurel
- 200 ml of palm oil
- 100 ml of wine vinegar
- 50 ml of lemon juice
- 30 g of pepper
- 20 g of salt
- 20 g of chili
Method
- In a large pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sliced zucchini, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken, chili, pepper, salt, lemon juice, and wine vinegar, stir well.
- Add the herbs (rosemary and laurel), cover, and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Once done, make sure the chicken is well cooked and the flavor is perfect, then serve immediately.
