Ingredients

  • 150g of flour
  • 100g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100g of sugar
  • 100g of dark chocolate
  • 100g of pears
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 100g of almonds

Method

  1. Take a bowl and mix the flour with the butter until you get a crumble.
  2. Add the egg, sugar, and vanilla and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
  3. Form a ball of dough and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Cover with a lid and bake on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, slice the pears and put them in a bowl.
  6. Add the dark chocolate and almonds, mix, and let it cool down.
  7. When the dough is cold, fill the center with the pear and chocolate mixture.
  8. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until the dough is golden and crunchy.
