Perepichka
A crunchy and sweet tart, typical of the Lviv region in Ukraine.

Ingredients
- 150g of flour
- 100g of butter
- 1 egg
- 100g of sugar
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 100g of pears
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 100g of almonds
Method
- Take a bowl and mix the flour with the butter until you get a crumble.
- Add the egg, sugar, and vanilla and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Form a ball of dough and place it in a baking dish.
- Cover with a lid and bake on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice the pears and put them in a bowl.
- Add the dark chocolate and almonds, mix, and let it cool down.
- When the dough is cold, fill the center with the pear and chocolate mixture.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until the dough is golden and crunchy.

Perepichka is a culinary tradition from Lviv dating back to the 19th century, traditionally served during festivals and family celebrations.
