Perak Grilled Fish

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (e.g., salmon or tuna)
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1 dried chili, sliced into strips
- 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of beef vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bouquet of lavender (for decoration)
- Bamboo skewers for serving
Method
- Prepare the fish fillets, clean and coat with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, mix the sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, beef vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the fish fillets in the sauce for about 10 minutes.
- Thread the fillets onto bamboo skewers, adding slices of onion and chili pepper.
- Grill the fish on a charcoal grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with lavender.
