Pasta alla Puttanesca

Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 100g black olives
- 1 onion
- 100g capers
- 50g zucchini
- 200g provolone
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50g butter
- 50g olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Method
- In a pot, cook the spaghetti al dente in salted water.
- Meanwhile, dice the garlic, onion, and zucchini.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and olive oil.
- Add the zucchini and olives, cook for a few minutes.
- Add the canned tomatoes, capers, and butter, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, and red wine vinegar, stir well.
- Add the spaghetti to the sautéed mixture and stir until well combined.
- Serve hot, topped with grated cheese.
