Pasta alla Garganella

Ingredients
- 200g of garganella pasta
- 400g of ripe tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100g of cooked ham
- 50g of butter
- 50g of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 100ml of beef broth
- 200g of fresh mozzarella
- 100g of grated parmesan
Method
- In a pan, sauté the garlic in olive oil and butter.
- Add the onions and cook until they become golden.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, cooked ham, and chili powder.
- Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the beef broth and salt, let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Toss the garganella pasta in a separate pan with a bit of oil.
- Serve immediately with the sauce and garnish with fresh mozzarella and grated parmesan.
