Paska
A traditional Ukrainian Easter sweet, perfect for Easter, rich with hard-boiled eggs and decorated with spun sugar.

Ingredients
- 400g of flour
- 200g of butter
- 100g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 10 hard-boiled eggs
- 100g of spun sugar for decoration
Method
- Mix the flour, melted butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Form a dough ball and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 10 pieces and form small balls.
- Take a ball of dough, make a hole in the middle, and insert a hard-boiled egg.
- Cover with the remaining dough and form a ball.
- Repeat for all the dough pieces.
- Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
- Decorate with spun sugar.
- Let cool and serve.
