A delightful sweet crumbly treat, typical of Northeastern Brazil, made with almonds and sugar.

Ingredients
- 100 g of almonds
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of water
- A pinch of salt
Method
- Melt the butter with water and salt in a pan.
- Add the sugar and stir until the mixture starts to crystallize.
- Add the almonds and flour, mixing well.
- Form small balls with your hands.
- Let them cool on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Serve fresh or salted.
