Ingredients

  • 100 g of almonds
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Melt the butter with water and salt in a pan.
  2. Add the sugar and stir until the mixture starts to crystallize.
  3. Add the almonds and flour, mixing well.
  4. Form small balls with your hands.
  5. Let them cool on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Serve fresh or salted.
