Ingredients
- 200 ml strong tea
- 200 ml almond milk
- 2 teaspoons of cane sugar
- 100 ml goat milk
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, chopped
- 1 mint leaf
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of yak butter
Method
- In a pot, mix the strong tea with almond milk and yak butter.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat.
- Add the goat milk and chopped ginger, stirring well.
- Finally, add the mint leaf and a pinch of salt, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
- Let the tea steep for a few minutes, then serve it hot in large mugs.
