Moules Marinières
A dish of mussels in white wine and lemon, crispy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 400 g of mussels
- 200 ml of dry white wine
- 2 onions
- 100 g of bacon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- Clean the mussels and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes, then rinse well.
- In a non-stick pan, sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil.
- Add the bacon cut into small pieces and cook until golden.
- Pour in the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate for a few minutes.
- Add the mussels and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, checking occasionally.
- Turn off the heat, add the mint leaves, and serve immediately.
