Moroccan Swiss Chard Sausage

A traditional Casablanca dish that combines the intense flavor of Swiss chard with the exquisite taste of sausage.

Ingredients
- 200 g of pork meat
- 100 g of beef
- 200 g of Swiss chard leaves
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 300 g of toasted bread
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl, mix the pork, beef, chopped onions, minced garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the Swiss chard leaves, cut into pieces, and mix well.
- Place a slice of toasted bread on a plate, add a spoonful of this mixture, then a drop of oil and an entire egg.
- Cover with another slice of toasted bread and repeat the process until all ingredients are used up.
- Beat the remaining eggs in a separate bowl and add to the mixture.
- Eat immediately or refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking.
