Ingredients
- 450 grams of hard wheat flour
- 200 ml of cold water
- 100 grams of dry yeast
- 10 grams of sugar
- 10 grams of salt
- 50 grams of butter
- oil for frying
- sauces of your choice
Method
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Gradually add the cold water and butter to form a homogeneous dough.
- Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
- Divide the dough into 8-10 pieces and form circles by hand.
- Fry the bagels in plenty of hot oil for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Drain the bagels and let them cool.
- Serve with your favorite sauces.
