A classic of Eastern Province Saudi Arabian cuisine, Mishkaki are grilled beef kebabs that are crispy on the outside and deliciously tender on the inside.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of beef
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 20 skewers for kebabs
- 10 bay leaves
- 10 thyme leaves
- 10 oregano leaves
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
Method
- Chop the garlic and onion into cubes and sauté them in a pan with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix the beef with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, parsley, bay leaves, thyme, and oregano.
- Add the garlic and onion sauce and mix well.
- Thread the beef onto the skewers and grill at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot, accompanied by rice or bread.

Originating from the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, Mishkaki have become a popular dish during Ramadan and other religious celebrations.
