A delicious noodle soup with prawns, a speciality from the city of Singapore, very popular in Malaysia.

Ingredients
- 200g of thin rice noodles
- 150g of prawns
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 liter of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of coriander
- Chopped cilantro for serving
Method
- In a pot, heat the coconut oil and sauté the garlic and onions until golden brown.
- Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes, then pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- In another bowl, mix the chili paste, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the thin rice noodles to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the noodles are al dente.
- Pour the chili mixture into the soup and stir well.
- Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with coriander and chopped cilantro.
