A warm and nutritious soup typical of Medina, combining the sweet and salty flavors of Arab cuisine.

Ingredients
- 200g of soy beans
- 200g of kidney beans
- 100g of zucchini
- 100g of onions
- 200g of mixed vegetables
- 200g of beef
- 2 liters of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of chili
- 1 teaspoon of saffron
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- Olive oil
Method
- In a large pot, cook the soy and kidney beans with beef broth for 20 minutes.
- Cut the vegetables (zucchini, onions, and mixed vegetables) into small pieces.
- Add the chopped vegetables and beef to the pot with the beans, mix well.
- Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, adding water if necessary to maintain a consistent level of broth.
- Finally, add the saffron, chili, salt, and pepper, mix well and let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with a bit of olive oil to enhance the flavor.
