Ingredients

  • 200g of soy beans
  • 200g of kidney beans
  • 100g of zucchini
  • 100g of onions
  • 200g of mixed vegetables
  • 200g of beef
  • 2 liters of beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon of chili
  • 1 teaspoon of saffron
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. In a large pot, cook the soy and kidney beans with beef broth for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the vegetables (zucchini, onions, and mixed vegetables) into small pieces.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and beef to the pot with the beans, mix well.
  4. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, adding water if necessary to maintain a consistent level of broth.
  5. Finally, add the saffron, chili, salt, and pepper, mix well and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with a bit of olive oil to enhance the flavor.
