Ingredients
- 250g of flour
- 150g of butter

- 2 eggs

Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, melted butter, sugar, and eggs until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts and form two flat cylinders.
- In another bowl, mix the chopped almonds, powdered sugar, fresh cream, cocoa, and vanilla.
- Fill the cylinders with the almond cream and seal with the other part, forming a sfogliatella.
- Fry the sfogliatelles in boiling water, then cool them in cold water.
- Serve the sfogliatelles decorated with powdered sugar.
