Maple Syrup Candy
A traditional Canadian treat, this soft and delicious candy is made with famous maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 500 ml of maple syrup
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinches of salt
- Cinnamon leaves for decoration
- Box of cocoa powder for decoration
Method
- In a pot, combine the maple syrup, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- Add the vanilla extract and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a muffin tin and spread evenly.
- Let it cool completely, then decorate with cinnamon leaves and cocoa powder.
- Cut the caramel into pieces and serve fresh.
