Ingredients
- 200 g of oat flour
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- Whipped cream
Method
- In a pot, mix the oat flour with the butter and milk, bringing to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Continue to stir until the mămăligă becomes creamy and smooth.
- Add the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, stirring well.
- In another pot, boil the milk with the remaining butter and powdered sugar.
- In a bowl, beat the egg and mix it with the warm mămăligă.
- Pour the warm mămăligă into the boiling milk, stirring well.
- Bring to a final boil, stirring constantly.
- Serve immediately with whipped cream.
