A classic dish of stir-fried noodles with vegetables, meat, and typical spices, served in a steaming wok.

Ingredients
- 200g of spaghetti
- 100g of shrimp
- 100g of beef meatballs
- 2 onions
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Method
- Peel and cut the shrimp and beef meatballs into small pieces.
- Sauté the garlic in coconut oil over medium heat in a pan.
- Add the sliced onions and zucchinis, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and meatball pieces, cook for another 3 minutes.
- Finally, add the spaghetti, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili powder, salt, and sugar, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve in a hot bowl and enjoy!

Mamak fried noodles originated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where street vendors (mamak) introduced this local twist on a traditional Indonesian dish.
