Ingredients

  • 200g of beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground chili
  • 1 liter of beef broth
  • 100g of toasted almonds
  • 100g of dried beans in syrup

Method

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and set it aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onions until they become golden.
  3. Add the bell peppers and cook until they become soft.
  4. Add the olive oil and spices, stirring well.
  5. Add the meat and beef broth, bringing to a boil.
  6. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Finally, add the toasted almonds and dried beans in syrup.
  8. Boil for another 10 minutes until the sauce is thick and delicious.
