Ingredients
- 200g of beef
- 2 onions
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground chili
- 1 liter of beef broth
- 100g of toasted almonds
- 100g of dried beans in syrup
Method
- Cut the meat into small pieces and set it aside.
- In a pan, sauté the onions until they become golden.
- Add the bell peppers and cook until they become soft.
- Add the olive oil and spices, stirring well.
- Add the meat and beef broth, bringing to a boil.
- Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Finally, add the toasted almonds and dried beans in syrup.
- Boil for another 10 minutes until the sauce is thick and delicious.
