Ingredients

  • 200g of smoked lomo
  • 4-6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100g of toasted bread slices
  • 100g of grated cheese

Method

  1. Slice the smoked lomo into thick slices and set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté the garlic in olive oil until it turns golden.
  3. Add the smoked lomo to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until it becomes slightly golden.
  4. Add the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, stirring well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place the toasted bread slices on a plate, add a spoonful of the sauce on the bread, then a slice of smoked lomo and a bit of grated cheese.
  7. Repeat the operation until you have used all the ingredients.
  8. Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
