Method

  1. Cut the lamb into small pieces and sauté it in a pan with olive oil, garlic, and onion over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the beef broth, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cover and let cook for another 15 minutes.
  3. In another pot, cook the rice with a bit of water and salt until it's al dente.
  4. Slice the cucumbers thinly and mix them with the melted cheese, apple vinegar, and parsley.
  5. Serve the lamb with the rice and tzatziki.
