Ingredients

  • 2 kg of lamb, cut into pieces
  • 400 g of leeks, cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 200 g of butter
  • 200 ml of beef broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g of flour
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 g of chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of spices
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Method

  1. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the leeks and cook for a few minutes, then add the lamb and cook until it is well done.
  3. In another pan, mix the beef broth, eggs, flour, sugar, spices, and salt.
  4. Combine the meat preparation with the sauce and mix well.
  5. Roll out the pastry dough in a baking dish and pour the preparation into it.
  6. Sprinkle with caster sugar and chopped almonds.
  7. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes, until the surface is golden and the pastry is crispy.
