Ingredients

  • 150 g of whole wheat
  • 500 ml of water
  • 50 g of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 fresh mint leaf

Method

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the whole wheat. Cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add honey, cinnamon, and salt. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  3. Cover the bowl with a lid and let the porridge rest for 10-15 minutes.
