A warm and nutritious wheat porridge made with whole wheat, honey, and cinnamon, typical of the city of Tiznit in Morocco.

Ingredients
- 150 g of whole wheat
- 500 ml of water
- 50 g of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt to taste
- 1 fresh mint leaf
Method
- Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the whole wheat. Cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add honey, cinnamon, and salt. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with a lid and let the porridge rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with a lid for 10-15 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with a lid for 10-15 minutes.
- Add a fresh mint leaf before serving.
- Serve hot, accompanied by a bit of honey.
