Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 200 g pork belly
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 bay leaf

Method

  1. Boil water with salt, pepper, and bay leaf, then add the eggs and cook for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Cut the pork belly into small cubes.
  3. In a pan, fry the oil and add the pork, cooking until golden.
  4. In another bowl, mix the soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and chili sauce.
  5. Insert the hard-boiled eggs into the fried pork, then add the prepared sauce.
  6. Fry for 2-3 minutes until the eggs and pork are well cooked.
  7. Serve immediately, served with soy and chili sauce if desired.
