Ingredients
- 250g of filo pastry
- 300g of goat cheese
- 500ml of honey
- 300ml of condensed milk
- 100g of sesame seeds
- 100g of sugar
- 100g of chopped almonds
- 100g of chopped pistachios
- 100g of chopped walnuts
- Salt to taste
- Water for the pastry
- Oil for frying
Method
- Fry the filo in hot oil, then drain well.
- Mix the honey, condensed milk, and sugar in a pot over medium heat.
- Fill the molds with the fried filo, then add the goat cheese.
- Cover with the honey and condensed milk mixture.
- Fry the remaining filo and place it on top of the cheese layer.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, almonds, pistachios, and walnuts.
- Let it cool before serving.
