Ingredients

  • 250g of filo pastry
  • 300g of goat cheese
  • 500ml of honey
  • 300ml of condensed milk
  • 100g of sesame seeds
  • 100g of sugar
  • 100g of chopped almonds
  • 100g of chopped pistachios
  • 100g of chopped walnuts
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for the pastry
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. Fry the filo in hot oil, then drain well.
  2. Mix the honey, condensed milk, and sugar in a pot over medium heat.
  3. Fill the molds with the fried filo, then add the goat cheese.
  4. Cover with the honey and condensed milk mixture.
  5. Fry the remaining filo and place it on top of the cheese layer.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, almonds, pistachios, and walnuts.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
