Ingredients
- 150 g of krenten
- 150 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- 100 ml of milk
- A pinch of salt
Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Add the egg and butter, mixing until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Gradually add the milk until you get a not too dense dough.
- Add the krenten and gently mix.
- Form balls about 1.5 cm in diameter.
- Fry the balls in hot oil until they become crunchy and golden.
- Drain the Krentenballs on baking paper and serve warm.
